Dhiggaru seeks contractor for Rihaakuru monument

The Dhiggaru Council has opened a bid to construct a monument representing the island’s slogan, “The Rihaakuru Island.” According to the announcement, interested contractors must register before 12pm on April 9, and bids must be submitted by 11am on April 14.
