Parliament approves Zam’ath for BroadCom membership

The Parliament on Monday approved Zam’ath Ahmed Waheed, who had topped the committee evaluation of President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu’s nominees, for membership at the Maldives Broadcasting Commission (BroadCom). Zam’ath secured the Parliament’s backing with a unanimous vote of 54 on Monday morning. Zam’ath currently serves as the Chief Executive Office at the Islamic Ministry. She holds a Master’s degree in journalism, and
