Criminal Court, on Wednesday, has sentenced Jaishan Saeed, Kinaaraage, R. Alifushi, the accomplice of Hassan Mamdhooh (Manday) in the fraudulent sale of apartments from K-Park Residences - a condominium under development in Hulhumale’ – to 159 years in prison. Jaishan was found guilty of 89 charges: 44 counts of participating in misappropriation 41 counts of fraud Three counts of knowingly providing a counterfeit document to
