BML opens self-service banking ATM in Bandidhoo

Bank of Maldives (BML), on Monday, has opened a new self-service banking ATM in Dh. Bandidhoo.

The new ATM was inaugurated during a ceremony held this morning by President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, BML’s CEO and Managing Director Mohamed Shareef said the new ATM will enable Bandidhoo residents to conduct banking on their island, saving time and travel costs.

“We are pleased to inaugurate our new Self-Service Banking ATM in Bandidhoo as part of our ongoing commitment to expanding banking accessibility across the Maldives. The new ATM will enable Bandidhoo residents to conduct banking on their island, saving time and travel costs; and we will continue to invest in our network expansion to ensure all Maldivians have access to modern banking service,” he said.

According to the BML, the strategic expansion reinforces BML's position as the Maldives' leading financial institution. The bank’s extensive network presently comprises of 39 branches across all 20 atolls, 96 self-service banking centers, 153 ATMs, comprehensive agent banking services, and advanced digital banking solutions.

The bank said that it remains committed to supporting communities nationwide through innovative banking solutions and expanded service accessibility.
