HDC seeks party to develop, manage boutique hotel in Hulhumale’

Housing Development Corporation (HDC) is seeking a party to develop and manage three boutique hotels in the integrated tourism zone's urban isle of Hulhumalé Phase II.

As per an announcement made by the Corporation, their preferred business model for the project is the lease model, however, interested parties can submit Expression of Interest (EOI) with other models. All EOIs must clearly state the benefits to the parties.

HDC states if more than one proposal is received, they will proceed with the EOI that best suits the corporation’s vision, strategic objectives and masterplan.

The corporation also stressed that they will be considering the business model, experience of the operator/developer contractor, proposed team, financial stability and capacity when evaluating the EOIs.

Interested parties have been instructed to send their EOIs via email to [email protected] before 14:00pm on September 1^st.
