Amila Karunanayake and Rangi Rajapaksha – the lead cast of ‘Kaushi’, a film set to premiere at Olympus Cinema on Wednesday night, have arrived in the Maldives to attend the event.
The Sri Lankan celebrities arrived in the Maldives this morning.
They were welcomed by Ali Seaxan, the director of the film, upon their arrival at Velana International Airport.
Seaxan said grand preparations were being undertaken for the premiere ceremony, which will be attended by various local celebrities.
Tickets for ‘Kaushi’ are now up for sale at Olympus Cinema. Normal tickets are priced at MVR 150, while gold tickets are priced at MVR 200.
‘Kaushi’ is a movie shot in Sri Lanka, featuring star-studded Sinhala movie stars.
Shivaz Abdulla (Maaskey) did the cinematography of the movie while the background music was made by Ayyuman Shareef.
The movie will be up for viewing at Olympus Cinema from July 19th to July 28th.
