Male’ City Council has decided to remove the names of people who have been granted accommodation under a government housing scheme from the Dhaftharu.

The decision was announced today by Male’ City Mayor Dr. Mohamed Muizzu via a tweet on Sunday.

Muizzu also confirmed in the same tweet the Council’s plans to request those who do not stand to inherit from their maternal grandparents to share this information with them.
