17-yr old injured in Kulhudhuffushi road accident passes away

A minor injured in a traffic accident in Kulhudhuffushi City earlier this month has passed away from injuries sustained. 

The accident happened on March 12 and involved a motorcycle that collided with a pickup truck. A 17-year old boy was injured in the incident. 

A source informed Sun that the accident happened as the boy was driving the motorcycle at high speed. The boy’s motorcycle collided with the back of the pickup truck. 

Sun has also learned that the Kulhudhuffushi Regional Hospital performed surgery on the boy after injuries sustained to the stomach made the boy’s condition serious. The boy passed away earlier today.
