Ministry opens for proposals to send pilgrims for Hajj

Islamic Ministry has opened for proposals to send pilgrims to Hajj.

Documents and proposal books will be available from the website and the front counter of the Islamic Ministry.

Only proposals from companies that fit the conditions of the regulations published on the government gazette last year regarding the holy pilgrimage will be accepted.

A fee of MVR 10,000 will also be levied from each proposal. The deadline for the proposal is at noon on February 23, 2020.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on February 13, 2020, at 13:00 at the Islamic Ministry.  Proposals are to be presented and opened in front of attendees at 10:00 on February 24, 2020.

This year’s Hajj day is July 28.
