MWSC celebrates Men’s Day by recognizing work of its male workforce

Male’ Water and Sewerage Company (MWSC) is celebrating International Men’s Day by holding a cake cutting ceremony and a health camp to express appreciation for the contribution of its male workforce.

MWSC’s celebrations began this Tuesday morning with a cake cutting ceremony held at the parking lot of the Finance Ministry headquarters.

The ceremony was attended by MWSC’s managing director Adam Azim, who highlighted on the significant roles held by all MWSC’s employees in ensuring the safe delivery of water and sewerage services.

He also noted the contribution of MWSC’s male workforce which often engage in labor-intensive roles which are both time and energy consuming.

“The work that they do is essential to deliver the essential services provided by MWSC. Thank you,” says a short message issued by MWSC via its official Twitter account.

MWSC also held a health camp in collaboration with the ADK Hospital, which awarded MWSC’s male workforce with the opportunity to check their BP, glucose level, eyesight, and their body mass index (BMI).
