WAMCO brings in five landing crafts for waste management

Waste Management Corporation (WAMCO) has brought in five landing crafts to be used in their waste management operation. 

The new vessels were officially accepted by the Environment Minister, Thoriq Ibrahim. 

Previously, WAMCO has used landing crafts rented from other companies. But starting from next month, they would start using their own vessels. 

WAMCO said that using their own vessels in the waste management operation would reduce the cost and resolve some of the challenges in the operation.
