Three people were arrested this afternoon at the Fisherman’s Park accused of eating.
They were arrested while they were eating on the outer sea wall around 5:50 p.m. Police found some light foods with them.
Police Media Offical told Sun Media that they arrested two men of 22 and 25 years of age and a 25-year-old woman.
Police told the media that 14 people have been arrested this Ramadan so far for eating during the day time.
On religious aspects, a man who breaks his fast without a reason has to fast for the next two months in repentance.
Eating during the day time in Ramadan is a problem that surfaces every year.
