Dhiraagu offers free upgrades for old routers to fibre broadband customers

Dhiraagu has introduced a free router upgrade offer for fibre broadband customers, enabling them to enjoy an enhanced home internet experience at no additional cost.

The offer, rolled out as part of Dhiraagu’s 38th anniversary celebrations, is available residential fibre broadband customers subscribed to fibre plans of 30Mbps or higher, including Dhiraagu Limitehneh plans, who are currently using an older model fibre router.

Eligible customers have been invited to take advantage of this free upgrade, which will remain available until October 31.

Dhiraagu states that the initiative reflects the company’s continued commitment to delivering greater value and enhancing customers’ everyday digital experiences.

To apply for the free router upgrade, customers can tap the Free Router Upgrade banner on the Dhiraagu App to submit their requests. Dhiraagu will then coordinate the installation and setup of the new router at customers’, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience for households across the Maldives.

Customers who are currently ineligible for the offer but are using an older router can also qualify by upgrading to a fibre plan with speeds of 30Mbps or higher. This gives more households the opportunity to benefit from a free router upgrade and enjoy an enhanced home internet experience.
