Customers invited to speak directly with Ooredoo CEO in Sunday’s live chat

Ooredoo CEO Shadi Qawasmi will be answering questions from the public via a live chat on social media this Sunday. The session is part of the company’s Customer Service Week activities.

The live chat will be held from 11:00 am to 11:30 am on Sunday, and Ooredoo said the session will be open to questions across all of its main social media platforms, including Facebook, X and Instagram. Customers can submit questions directly through the live chat, and Shadi Qawasmi will respond to queries sent during the session.

In addition to Sunday’s live event, Ooredoo’s management and staff will meet customers throughout the week as part of Customer Service Week. Management officials and employees will visit various customer service centres to meet customers in person and gather feedback on the company’s services.

Ooredoo said the purpose of these activities is to strengthen customer engagement and ensure that feedback from users continues to shape improvements in service delivery.
