Dhiraagu to conduct major system maintenance Friday evening

Dhiraagu has announced that it will be conducting critical maintenance work on its Business Support System from Friday evening, during which several services will be temporarily unavailable.

According to the company, the maintenance window will run from 6:00 pm on Friday until 12:00 pm on Saturday.

During this period, Dhiraagu MyAccount, the Dhiraagu app, and the Mamen app will be suspended. This includes reload and recharge services, bill payments, and activation services.

However, Dhiraagu said reload and recharge will remain available through partner stores from 6:00 pm to 12:00 am on Friday.

The company assured customers that voice calls, SMS and mobile data services will continue uninterrupted throughout the maintenance period.
