Dhiraagu gifts customers 38GB data with 24 hour validity on 38th anniversary

Dhiraagu has launched a range of special promotions to commemorate its 38th anniversary, including a complimentary 38GB data valid for 24 hours.

Speaking at a press conference, Dhiraagu’s Marketing and Communications Executive, Suha Ali, said both prepaid and postpaid customers are eligible to activate the anniversary offer.

Alongside the data package, the company has introduced several additional promotions. Expatriates residing in the Maldives will receive 38 complimentary IDD minutes, allowing them to stay connected with family and friends overseas. According to Suha, the minutes can be used to make calls to India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, and Indonesia. Customers can activate the offers through the Dhiraagu App until 18:00pm this evening.

Suha also highlighted benefits available to Dhiraagu Home Broadband customers. Customers using routers issued before 2021 are eligible for a free upgrade to the latest router model, aimed at improving internet speeds. The offer is available until the end of the month and can be accessed through the Dhiraagu App.

As part of its technological initiatives, Dhiraagu has also introduced 'Ive', an AI-powered tool designed to help mobile customers manage their calls. Suha explained that 'Ive' can answer calls when users are unavailable, communicate with callers, provide summaries of conversations, and schedule important appointments in digital calendars. The AI assistant will be available free of charge throughout this month, after which customers can subscribe to the service through the app.

Providing further details on the anniversary promotions, Dhiraagu’s Assistant Manager of Marcomms and Public Relations, Zeen Mohamed, said Dhiraagu Elite Club members will have access to a range of discount vouchers through the Dhiraagu App for the next 38 days. The vouchers will offer discounts on shopping, groceries, and dining.
