BML partners with INCEIF University to provide training opportunities for staff

Bank of Maldives (BML) Academy has established a strategic partnership with INCEIF University to broaden access to internationally recognised professional development opportunities for BML employees.

Through the partnership, employees of the Bank will gain access to INCEIF University's globally recognised programmes in Islamic finance, executive education, professional certifications and specialised training. The collaboration will also facilitate knowledge exchange, leadership development and greater industry engagement, supporting the continued advancement of the financial sector.

BML Academy serves as the Bank's dedicated training and development arm, established to promote the continuous growth of banking professionals through internationally recognised education and training initiatives. The Academy has previously partnered with the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (AICB) and Singapore Management University (SMU) to deliver programmes focused on enhancing employee capabilities and fostering a culture of learning across the organisation.

BML Academy continues to strengthen strategic partnerships with leading educational institutions to expand access to high-quality learning opportunities that contribute to the growth and development of the banking and financial services sector in the Maldives.
