Maldives Immigration has warned against submitting photos edited using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and other such tools for passports.
In a post on X on Tuesday, Immigration warned that photos edited using such tools are in violation of passport photo requirements.
The agency added that passports are important security documents used to verify the identity of individuals, and urged added vigilance with regard to photos submitted for use in the document.
