The Maldives Food and Drug Authority (MFDA) has decided to migrate the Dhirithi portal, currently used to register food producers and sellers, to the government’s oneGov platform.

In an announcement on Tuesday, the MFDA said the service will be available through the oneGov portal starting Tuesday.

Due to this transition, the service will be suspended from 14:00 on Wednesday afternoon.

The MFDA stated that during the suspension period, information of all individuals currently registered on the Dhirithi portal will be transferred to oneGov.

As a result, from Tuesday onward, all new registrants and service applicants must use the oneGov portal.

The change is part of the government’s ongoing effort to streamline and decentralize services under a unified digital platform.

For further information, the MFDA can be contacted via hotline numbers 7603203 or 34221.
