'Maldives’ flag memorializes national heroes'

The Maldivian national flag of red, green and white flies high, memorializing the national heroes who sacrificed their lives in defense of Maldives, states Defense Minister Mariya Ahmed Didi. She made the remark during a Victory Day event held Saturday evening in Kulhudhuffushi City – the birthplace of Martyr Corporal Hussain Adam – who died defending the gates of the military
