Minister avoids questions on old tweets

Environment Minister Ali Shareef on Tuesday declined to comment on his appointment or his previous social media posts, saying the questions fell outside the thematic focus of the day’s press briefing. The cabinet was reshuffled on the 14th of this month, during which Ali Shareef, a climate change expert, was appointed as environment minister. Shortly after his appointment, several past posts
