Ghasshan elected as ADh. Dhidhdhoo Council president

Ghasshan Abdulla who ran in ADh. Dhidhdhoo Council by-election has been declared the winner of the election. Dhidhdhoo Council by-election was prompted by the resignation of the former council president. Voting in the by-election proceeded from 8:00am to 4:00pm on Saturday. Results showed that Ghasshan won the election with 64 votes. Ahmed Zaleef, the opposing candidate who also ran independently, won 47
