Maldives and Palestine agree to enhance collaboration in combatting corruption

Maldives and Palestine signed an agreement, seeking to enhance collaboration in preventing and combatting corruption.

According to a statement released by the Maldives ACC on Monday, the Memorandum of Understanding between the anti-corruption commission of Maldives and Palestine was signed on the sidelines of the Saudi-Maldives International Forum on Integrity held in Maldives.

The MoU was signed by ACC president Adam Shamil and PACC head Dr. Raed Radwan.

According to the ACC, the agreement reinforces shared commitments to integrity, transparency, and good governance, aligning with principles outlined in the United Nations Convention Against Corruption and international standards.

This MoU marks a key step in advancing cross-border anti-corruption efforts, said the ACC.
