Delight as Dhiraagu ‘Win a Speedboat’ promo winner gets hands on sleek prize

A delighted Hussain Fayaz – the winner of Dhiraagu’s ‘Win a Speedboat’ promotion – got his hands on his prize on Thursday – a sleek Al Shaali Marine Magellan 32 boat, together with Yamaha 175hp twin outboard engines.

Dhiraagu handed over the prize to the GA. Villingili native in a ceremony held at the Al Shaali Marine boatyard on Thursday morning.

The event was attended by Fayaz’s family, as well as the management and staff of Dhiraagu, and senior officials from Al Shaali Marine and Alia Investments.

Dhiraagu held its ‘Win a Speedboat’ promo from September 16 to December 16 last year.

The draw to select the lucky winner of the prize was held on January 30.

But Fayaz had never expected to win when he entered the promo. He was driven to enter the draw by his youngest son’s keen interest in winning a speedboat.

Upon learning that he had won, Fayaz expressed disbelief and joy, describing the moment as truly unforgettable.

Fayaz, who has been a loyal customer of Dhiraagu for more than 16 years, extended his heartfelt thanks to the company for offering such an exciting opportunity through their promotions.
