VP Latheef launches GDPP Information Management System

Vice President Hussain Mohamed Latheef has launched the Global Development Project Pool (GDPP) Information Management System.

He launched the GDPP Information Management System at the closing ceremony of the Third China-Indian Ocean Region Forum on Blue Economy Development Cooperation in Kunming, China.

During the ceremony, he also unveiled the plaque to inaugurate the China-Indian Ocean Region Centre for Maritime Cooperation and Training. 

The Vice President was joined by President of the Senate of Barbados Reginald Farley and Chairman of CIDCA Luo Zhaohui, Chair of IOC-AFRICA Kouadio Affian and Vice Minister of the Ministry of Natural Resources of China Sun Shuxian.

Following the closing ceremony, Vice President attended a banquet hosted by Vice Chairman of the National Committee of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) Wang Yong.
