IUM to hold a research competition

Islamic University of the Maldives (IUM) has geared up to hold a competition to promote research culture under the name ‘Riveli 2024’.

The University said ‘Riveli 2024’ is aimed at nurturing and elevating the confidence of postgraduate students by promoting a vibrant research culture within the academic community of the Maldives. In this regard, the event will provide an impactful platform for students to present their research work and transform their research into a pitch competition that not only facilitates professional development but comes with exciting rewards.

The competition is slated for Saturday, October 26^th.

It features two events; a proposal pitch competition and a three-minute thesis competition.

Winning participants will receive a cash prize of MVR 5,000. All participants will be awarded certificates for participation.
