MMAC and SSTV partner to produce TV shows

Maldives Music and Art Center (MMAC) and SSTV signed a partnership agreement on Tuesday to produce TV programs.

Under the one-year agreement, SS Media will produce MMAC’s talent shows and other content.

The partnership agreement was signed by SS Media’s Chief Content Officer Mohamed Zaheen and MMAC’s chairman Ali Abdul Raheem in a ceremony at the SS Media headquarters on Tuesday evening.

Ali told Sun that the MMAC is planning to hold a nationwide talent show.

“We plan on running events through our programs and providing opportunities for people already working in art and crafts, creative arts and entertainment industry, and those who want to join this industry,” he said.

Ali said they also plan on creating a platform for newcomers to the industry.
