RDC contracted to develop Inguraidhoo’s roads

Road Development Corporation (RDC) has been awarded a project to develop the roads of R. Inguraidhoo.

The contract was signed by Planning Ministry’s Director General Fathimath Shana Farooq and RDC’s General Manager Hassan Saeed on Tuesday.

The project to develop Inguraidhoo’s roads is valued at MVR 56.4 million.

Under the project, RDC will develop 1.9 kilometers of road with asphalt, install a storm water drainage system, and install street lights.

The corporation is required to complete the project in 600 days.
