Sri Lankan music artist Yohani touched down in the Maldives today afternoon, in order to attend the upcoming “Chanaachaa 2022” concert.
The concert will be held on October 29, in Hulhumale' synthetic track.
She is visiting the Maldives at the invitation of the popular Maldivian streaming app “Baiskoafu” to participate in the concert.
In an exclusive interview Yohani gave Sun online at the airport today, she revealed that this was her first time in the Maldives and that so far, she thinks it is very beautiful and that she cannot wait to see more of the country.
When asked about the songs she will be performing, she said that she cannot reveal that and that people would have to attend the concert to find out.
She also requested as many people to attend “Chanaachaa 2022”, and that she hopes everyone will have a great time there.
“I want to tell to come to the event on the 29th, it’s going to be amazing, can’t wait to perform there. I am very excited to see what’s there, I know it’s like a full-day thing, so I want to go and see, myself, what’s up with that,” she said.
The V.I.P tickets for “Chanaachaa 2022” are on sale now and upon purchase, the ticket holder will get a chance to meet Yohani backstage, take pictures with the pop sensation, a special area for the V.I.P guests will be there and will receive a complimentary t-shirt as well.
The show will be held starting at 04:00 P.M and will take a break at 06:00 P.M, picking back up around 08:00 P.M that night and will continue till 12 A.M.
The show will host more than 80 local performers as well.
“Chanaachaa” is an annual show held by “Baiskoafu” and tickets can be booked online.
