Police rescue toddler found crying on the streets

The police have rescued a one-year-old boy found alone and in distress on a street in Male’ City in the predawn hours of this Monday.

A police spokesperson reports the toddler was found by a patrolling policeman at approximately 12:43 am.

The spokesperson reports that the toddler was immediately rescued and returned to his parents at approximately 1 am.
