Arson case filed to Court against MP Mohamed Rasheed and 40 others

A case has been filed to Criminal Court against MDP member and Hithadhoo Medhu MP Mohamed Rasheed (Matrix Mode) along with 40 others, following the arson attacks in Addu on 8 February after the change of government.

An official of the Prosecutor General’s (PG) Office said today that they have been charged with terrorism following the arson attacks on Addu Atoll Feydhoo Court and Gan Police Station.

PG Office has filed several cases to Court against those who created violence in the country following the change of government.
