Man arrested for attacking Asst. Principal of Gateway

An arrest has been made in relation to the attack on the Assistant Principal of Gateway International School in Hulhumale'. 

Police Media Official told Sun Media that they arrested a man and no further details can be revealed as the investigation is on going. 

The Principal of Gateway International, Moosa Rasheed, told Sun Media that the attack took place yesterday afternoon and was immediately reported to the police. 

A woman of Indian nationality working as the Assistant Principal did a CT scan. Moosa said that no major injuries were sustained in the attack. 

Gateway International School offer education from play school to Grade 12.
