Man injured attack inside a café

A man has been injured inside a fight inside a café.

The injured man was taken to the hospital by the Maldives Police Service. He was injured after being hit by an ashtray.

Sun Media has learned that the fight took place "dotcomcafé".

Maldives Police Service said that an incident was reported to the police around 1:27 p.m. today. But no further details were given.

Police have neither confirmed or denied that an arrest has been made regarding the attack. And the hospital has not confirmed the extent of the injures.
