Body discovered dead near Hulhudheli buried

The body of the man found dead in a lagoon near Dhaalu atoll Hulhudheli has been buried.

Police Media Official said that body discovered by a group of people fishing yesterday near Hulhulheli was that of a man and the body has now been buried after taking the necessary samples for investigations.

The official said that the body has gone through extreme deterioration when it was discovered and the body was buried at an uninhabited island near Kudahuvadhoo.

While the police are investigating, they have yet to confirm the nationality of the person.
