Elderly man injured in Hulhumalé traffic collision dies

The elderly man injured in Wednesday's traffic collision in Hulhumalé City has passed away at the ICU of ADK Hospital.

ADK Hospital has confirmed the death of the 64-year-old Ibrahim Rasheed to Sun Media.

Managing Director of the Hospital, Ahmed Affaal said that the man passed away at the ICU this evening.

The traffic collision took placed on Wedensday on Norolhu Magu, near Habib Bank, in Hulhumalé. Police said that the collision took place when a speeding motorcycle hit Ibrahim Rasheed and his motorcycle while he was parking.

And the other man involved in the collision left his vehicle behind and fled the scene and authorities are working to find him.
