Evaluations begin for SATA 2017

Evaluations have begun for the South Asian Travel Awards 2017.

Evaluations began at Champa Central Hotel this Wednesday and will end on Saturday, August 19. The judges will be evaluating nominations from Maldives at Champa Central Hotel.

Evaluation of brands nominated from other South Asian countries will be held at hospitality partners selected from the countries.

List of Hospitality Partners for SATA 2017 and the dates for evaluation:

-Maldives: Champa Central Hotel (August 16-19)

- Sri Lanka: Ramada Hotel (August 19-22)

- South India: The Chancery Pavilion, Bangalore (August 23-27)

- North India: Udman Hotels and Resorts by Ferns N Petals, New Delhi (August 27-29)

Event organizer, High Rise reports evaluations in Nepal and Bhutan will also be complete by September.

More than 430 brands operating in the five countries have sent in nominations for SATA. Online voting is also open.

SATA 2017 is scheduled to be held in Addu City, Maldives in October.
