Leader of the opposition parliamentary group, Ibrahim Mohamed Solih (Ibu), too, has been ordered to appear at the police station tomorrow.
The MP for Hinnavaru constituency is to appear at the police headquarters at 3 p.m. It is unclear as to why he is being summoned.
While Ibu is being summoned tomorrow evening, the former Commissioner of Police and current MP for Kinbidhoo constituency, Abdulla Riyaz and the MP for west Maafannu constituency, Mohamed Falaah are also being summoned for forcing their way through the police line on Monday while the police had the parliament area closed.
The MP for Thulusdhoo constituency, Mohamed Waheed (Lawyer Wadde) and the MP for Vilingili constituency, Saud was arrested on similar charges. While Lawyer Wadde had been remanded by 15 days, MP Saud was released due to a clerical error on his arrest warrant.
