The contract for the project was signed between WAMCO and Ministry of Environment and Energy in a function held at Ministry of Environment and Energy this Wednesday.
The contract was signed by Deputy Managing Director of WAMCO, Mohamed Mueen and Minister of Environment and Energy, Toriq Ibrahim.
Speaking press after signing the contract, Toriq said WAMCO had all the resources necessary to start waste collection from Fuvahmulah residencies by end of May.
