Islamic Center wall vandalized by woman with face covered

The vandal who put graffiti on the wall of Islamic Center in Male’ City is a female who had her face covered with a piece of cloth during the incident, reports a source.

The wall was sprayed with a vulgar message containing a warning to Ministry of Islamic Affairs during the predawn hours of April 20.

“Sun” has been informed the act of vandalism was perpetrated by a woman who was wearing white clothing and had her face covered with a piece of black cloth.

The woman was accompanied by a man, but the act of vandalism itself was carried out by the woman.

Whether the police have made any arrests in the case is unclear as the police have been unavailable for comment despite repeated calls by “Sun”.
