Maldivian cuisine restaurant opened in Bangkok

A Maldivian cuisine restaurant has been opened in the popular travel destination of Maldivians for business and leisure, Bangkok, Thailand.

The restaurant, Olive 15, is opened in Pratunam area, a frequent stop for Maldivians in Bangkok. The restaurant is on Petchburi Road, Soi 15.

Olive 15 was opened by the Maldivian company, Asia Shipping and International Trading Company, a dedicated company to serve Maldivians.

Alongside Maldivian cuisine, the restaurant also has Thai, Italian and Lebanese cuisine. According to Asia Shipping, the restaurant opened to serve Maldivian cuisine to Maldivians would have a variety of local favorites.

The company said that the food at the restaurant would be prepared by a team of chefs trained by Maldivian women.

While the Maldivian restaurant would be opened from 9 a.m. to 1 a.m., Asia Shipping said that the company aims to take the Maldivian cuisine worldwide. And said that the company wishes to bring pack Maldivian snacks to foreigners.
