Foundation has been laid for the apartment complexes being developed by Tata Housing’s subsidiary, Apex Realty in the two sites “Odeon” and “Naadhee” in Male’ City.
Foundation for the two luxury apartment complexes was laid this Tuesday after Maldivian government issued the company notice for the delay.
Foundation for the two apartment complexes was laid in two separate ceremonies by Indian ambassador to Maldives, Akilesh Mishra.
President of Maldives Association for Construction Industry (MACI), Mohamed Ali Janah – who is also the Chairman of Hotels and Resorts Construction – Maldivian partner of Apex Realty – was present during the two ceremonies.
No senior State officials were present.
The apartment complex built in Naadhee will be simply called “Naadhee” and the apartment complex built in Odeon will be called “Luxa One”.
The apartment complex developed in Odeon will be 12-stories high, and it will have 54 840-square foot, 1,200-square foot and 1,300-square foot one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments.
Pre-booking for the Odeon flats was opened this Tuesday with the commencement of its construction.
The price of an apartment ranges from MVR 4.5 million to MVR 6 million.
The apartment complex built in Naadhee will also be 12-stories high.
It will have 73 luxury apartments with prices ranging from MVR 5 million to MVR 7 million.
Pre-booking for Naadhee flats will be opened in April.
