Maldivian lost in Sri Lanka found

The 67-year-old Mohamed Ali, Faafu Feeali, who went missing in Sri Lanka earlier today has been found.

Political Director at the Maldivian Foreign Ministry, Heena Waleed told Sun Media that missing man was found in the Pamankada area by a three-wheel driver and he is in good health. She said that the driver informed the Maldivian Embassy in Colombo and the missing has been returned to his family.

Third Secretary at the Maldivian Embassy in Sri Lanka, Abdul-Rasheed Adam told Sun Media tonight that Mohamed Ali was found tonight around 10:40 p.m. local time tonight.

“An auto (three-wheeler) driver near the Sosun Villa called me. That was around 22:39 tonight.” Abdul-Rasheed said.
