Majlis approves Dr. Niyaz as ambassador to UAE

People’s Majlis has provided their approval to Dr. Hussain Niyaz from H. Niyaasaa in Male’ City as the new Maldivian ambassador to United Arab Emirates.

President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom’s nominee for ambassador to UAE, Dr. Niyaz won the approval of People’s Majlis Committee on National Security. And secured the post with the unanimous vote of People’s Majlis members during the Majlis sitting this Monday afternoon.

All 64 members in attendance during the voting provided their approval to DR. Niyaz.
