Minister Toriq tours A. Dh. Atoll as special envoy of President

Minister of Environment and Energy, Toriq Ibrahim has started tour of A. Dh. Atoll as special envoy of President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom.

Minister Toriq is scheduled to visit all inhabited islands of A. Dh. Atoll and meet with officials from councils and other institutions and discuss challenges facing the bodies.

Toriq has been instructed by President Yameen to ask after the wellbeing of the people living in the islands of A. Dh. Atoll in his tour.

He is currently in Hanyaameedhoo and is scheduled to visit two other islands later today.
