MATATO, MEGA Maldives to share stall at SATTE

Maldives Association of Travel Agents and Tour Operators (MATATO) has made the decision to share Maldivian destination stand in the upcoming South Asia Travel and Trade Exhibition (SATTE) with MEGA Maldives Airlines.

SATTE is scheduled to be held in New Delhi, India, from February 15 to February 17.

MEGA Maldives signed to participate in SATTE with MATATO to represent Maldives as the airline partner in a function held this Tuesday.

SATTE is one of the biggest travel and trade fairs to be held in India and the South Asian region; and provides a platform for direct contact with businesses without an intermediary.

Expectations are high for this year’s event after 750 parties from South Asia, the Americas and Europe participated in the event in 2016.

101,108 tourists from South Asia visited Maldives in 2016, 67,000 of whom came from India.
