Nasandhura has joined the upcoming Maldives Living Expo, and the event organizer reports that it’s apartments - under construction in what will be the tallest residential building in Maldives – will be available for pre-booking during the event.
Maldives Living Expo 2017 will be held at National Art Gallery from February 16 to February 18.
The land where Nasandhura Palace Hotel used to stand has been cleared, and its place is under construction a 25-storey 135-room five-star hotel and the Nasandhura Residence – which will house 118 residential apartments.
The 118 apartments will be serviced apartments, and will be fully furnished will accessories and fittings.
The apartments will be available in 13 styles.
In addition to this, the building will have recreational facilities such as a gym, spa, salon and swimming pool.
Multiple real estate businesses operating in Maldives will be taking part in the Living Expo, creating a platform where apartment hunters can compare different apartment options in one sitting and pre-book apartments.
