SMG looks for monitors for Local Election

Sun Media Group (SMG) has opened application for individuals interested in monitoring the upcoming Local Council Election on behalf of the media station.

Interested parties can send in their application form from November 13 to 20.

The deadline is set to 4 pm, on November 20.

Application forms need to be submitted online, to https://sun.mv/forms. The information provided needs to be consistent with what’s in the national identity card.

Applicants need to submit a color scan of the application form, a clear copy of the national identity card (in JPEG format), and a color passport size photo taken with a clear backdrop which is no more than three-months old.

The photo needs to have a resolution of 600Dpi and needs to be in JPEG format.

The file uploaded should not be more than 1 mb.

Applicants will also need to fill up the “monitor agreement” required by Elections Commission and submit a signed scan in PDF format.

Incomplete application forms, applications with inaccurate information, or applications with missing attachments will not be accepted.
