Lorry carrying glass panels overturns

Lorry carrying a large quantity of glass panels overturned in front of Ministry of Housing and Infrastructure headquarters in Male’.

The incident took place a short while ago, this Monday morning.

Eye witnesses reported that the lorry overturned after it lost its balance driving on Izzuddin Magu.

A large number of glass the lorry was carrying had fallen and shattered on the ground.

People on the lorry at the time of the incident suffered no bodily harm.

“Sun” has not yet been able to contact police for details regarding the incident.
