President Yameen to travel to H. Dh. Atoll, Sh. Atoll

President Abdulla Yameen Abdul Gayoom is to travel to H. Dh. Atoll and Sh. Atoll this week to inaugurate State-initiated projects in islands.

President’s Office has not revealed any details regarding the trip.

“Sun” has been informed that President Yameen will start his trip on Tuesday, October 25.

He will be travelling to H. Dh. Hirimaradhoo, H. Dh. Nellaidhoo and H. Dh. Kurinbee to inaugurate harbors built on the island.

He will travel to H. Dh. Makunudhoo and inaugurate the mosque built on the island, funded by the Saudi Arabian government.

On Wednesday, October 26, he will travel to Sh. Kanditheemu and officially inaugurate the sewerage system – which’s construction started two years back.

The trip to H. Dh. Atoll and Sh. Atoll comes in the heels of his visit to Fuvahmulah City two weeks back to officially inaugurate construction of its water and sewerage systems.
