Three more parks to be opened in Malé

Housing Ministry has said that three more parks would be opened next Sunday in the crowed capital city of Malé to provide a peaceful atmosphere.

Media Consultant of the Housing Minsitry, Ahmed Fazal Hussain told Sun Media that the parked developed at the Carnival, the museum and the one at Sosunge would be opened next Sunday.

The park at the carnival is developed for children as a play area. And while the park at the museum is targeted for school students and parents, the one at Sosunge is target for the youth.

The Ministry has been building public avenues in Malé City to bring a serene atmosphere to the hectic city. And so they have developed the Raiveribey Square, Tsunami Monument and Rasfannu Artificial Beach.
